Your Commitment:
- Assists clients with activities of daily living: healthy meal preparation, personal care, light housekeeping, errands, companionship, transportation, etc.
- Meets safety standards, using equipment safely and accurately
- Provides premium care approach to clients and their family members
- Reviews the care plan prior to beginning a visit, completing records accurately and carrying out all assignments as requested
- Engages in open communication with your Care Coordinator when opportunities to elevate your client’s experience and care are identified.
- Updates on availability and time off requests (as per stated expectations) with care coordinator to ensure continuity of care for your client
- Our team provides care 24/7, so visits may be scheduled early in the morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our clients’ needs.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 Year of Caregiver Experience: Possesses a minimum of one year of experience as a caregiver. Assisted clients with daily activities, including meal preparation, personal care, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, companionship, and more, in alignment with individualized Care Plans.
- Current CPR Certification and First Aid: Possesses up-to-date Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate and First Aid training.
- Recent Negative TB Test: Completed a TB test within the last two years to ensure a safe healthcare environment.
- Valid Driver’s License and Access to a Vehicle: Holds a valid driver’s license and owns a car, essential for providing mobile care to clients.
